Duffie D. Miller Duffie Downing Miller, 28, of Huntsville, Ala., died Friday, Feb. 27, 2004. The visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 29, 2004, at Morrison Funeral Home, Florence/Central Heights. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 1, 2004, at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church with Brother Frank Ellison and James Atkinson officiating. Interment will follow in the adjoining cemetery. She is survived by her husband, Jeremy Andrew Miller; parents, Cheri Downing Broadfoot and David R. Downing; several brothers and sisters; aunts and uncles; grandparents; nieces; cousins; and friends. Pallbearers will be friends and family. She brought joy into the lives of everyone who knew her — a smile of an angel and a laugh that would make anyone smile. She was greatly loved and will be greatly missed. The world lost a precious soul, but God needed her home. She will be with us always. Morrison Funeral Home, Florence/Central Heights, is directing.
